whimsical but with a lesson.

This is a poem by Alex, age 9. I got a smile out of this one so I wanted to share it with you.

once there was a dinosaur,
who was a carnivore,
and lived in Baltimore,
during the Civil War.

who caused an uproar,
when he bought a drugstore,
and found a trapdoor,
on the first floor.

therefore, it led door-to-door,
in a door he found a apple core,
in a another door he saw even more,
so he went outdoor.

he saw a gun,
he thought it was fun,
but, now he is no more.
